Villa Kiva

The native Anasazi designated a resting place that they called “Kiva” and this secluded Villa merits its name for the serenity that is found at the end of the road. Constructed in a contemporary Sante Fe style, it offers both a master bedroom and guest room with ocean views, a bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living area (4 by 10 meters) that can be used as a workout room, atelier, or garage. An open-air corridor provides a dramatic sight line of the ocean expanse bordered by the tropical lushness of the surrounding mountains.

Basic Amenities

Each villa is equipped with hot water, furnishings, all the basic electrical appliances, bed dressings, kitchen utensils and bathroom accessories.  Whatever other item desired or needed by prospective guests can be coordinated to be available upon their arrival.

 Air conditioning, satellite television, and the opportunity to participate in the planting, care or harvesting of organic produce.
